In her coaching journey, Sajna Samad has earned three prestigious certifications in leadership coaching, life coaching, and emotional intelligence coaching. She holds credentials from renowned figures in the field, including Jay Shetty, prominent influencer and leadership expert John Maxwell, and Roche Martin, among others. She previously led the Oracle Women’s Leadership (OWL) community in the UAE, spearheading initiatives such as sAIdaty and She Leads Tech. She specializes in developing leaders and inspiring women to step into leadership. Sajna brings over 20 years of corporate experience from FORTUNE 100 companies, including Cisco, Oracle, and Infosys. Beyond her corporate work, she sits on the advisory board of Amity University and conducts master classes at universities across India and the UAE. A mother of twin boys, she believes in leading by example and empowering women to decode their own path to success.
